 *TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS GENERAL

  COMBO can be shipped by a high 40 container so that it is suitable for international container transport. Each unit is consisted of six pieces of structure components and every component is of lightweight, stable with the rquired connections.

  COMBO is  consisting of floor panels, roof frames, and walls. Its structure can  be made in a single combo unit or extended tranversely and vertically. It also fits for combination of containers of 2 floors or of 3 floors in height  to creat comfortable living spaces. 

The wainscots of the container are made of light insulation panels and offer pleasant climate in the interior due to their building and physical properties. Materials used are environmental friendly.

 *DIMENSIONS

Maximum size of bottom panel for single combo is 2.55 x 9.00 m.

Maximum size of one piece of wall is 2.55 x 9.00 m .

 *WEIGHT

Weight of single combo (roof + bottom + 4 pieces of walls) is about 2.8 ton.

Bottom panel: 2.55 x 9.00 m; 900kg .

Wall: 2.55 x 9.00 m; 200kg .

Top panel: 2.55 x 9.00 mr, 900kg.

*INSTALLATION

For single combo, 4 experienced workers can complete its assembly within 4 hours.

 *STRUCTURE

Material for the stud: cold-formed galvanized steel, with strength: 345MPa, thickness: 0.8~1.25mm .Jointing top panel: hemmed panel, Strength: 265MPa, thickness: 2mm

Heat insulation material: Tyvek, XPS interception system (for option)

External wall (custom made): cement batten, light batten

Internal wall (custom made) : paper-faced gypsum board, decoration board

Floor face (custom made) : PVC floor, carpet, wood floor .

 *Roof drainage system:

The roof is made of a complete sheet of galvanized and plastic coating, without any nail hole, and is leak proof. The four corners of the roof are equipped with the hidden gutters, leading the rainwater to the downpipe.   Downpipe is made of 50 mm diameter PVC piping insdie the wall.

*Hoisting system:

There are 16 hoisting holes on the roof, making the loading much easier, and there are also hoisting connectors on the wall, which are attached to make it easier for transportation and installation.

We may help our clients design the hoisting tray and location, and facilitate the runner for easy transportation.

  *DOORS

External doors: fire-proofing, theft-proofing, and heat-preserved door; with dimension of 900*2000mm, and installed with a security lock with 3 keys.

  *Windows

Windows are made of 3 layers PVC awning windows. Size: 900*1500mm (may be fabricated);

insulated glass with 4/10/4mm glazing.

Choice of doors and windows are subject to  clients option and may be prefabricated.

  *Installation of electrical  devices:

Standard: VDE100

Power supply: 220/380V, 50HZ

Low voltage system: internet connection, telephone, TV (for option)

Internal distribution system: cable wire

Protection: protection switch (40/4E-0.03A), suitable electrical current (10A, 16A)

 4 electrical outlets, wire and telephone (TV socket), room dome light, bathroom dome light, and exhaust fan .

  *Guarantee:

One year on the whole container, equipment and installation;

One year on paint finish.

Foundation options:

Slab on grade (cement, concrete)

Individual foundation (concrete piers, size 30/30/30cm, 6 for each independent COMBO)

Liner footings (concrete footings, 30cm wide) .

COMBO could meet temporary  and eternal housing supply so long as simple frame can be quickly assembled.
